IT Analyst I 5 months contract I State Government

Your new company

My client purpose is to create a smart, safer road network to better connect Victoria. They are currently looking for an IT Analyst to lead and undertake the analysis of user information including within IdAM and Microsoft 365 environments to facilitate migration of users between environments.

Your new role
- Ensure that technical and process interfaces are identified so that cross system dependencies, risks, and opportunities are captured.
- Facilitating data extraction and performing analysis to support user migrations
- Development and maintenance of reports tracking analysis and other activities
- Facilitating solution design options with internal architects and 3rd party vendors
- Development of process models including identifying and documenting roles and responsibilities
- Development of data mapping to support data migration
- Development of business scenarios to support test case development
- Participating in UAT execution i.e. defect triage and resolution facilitation

Experience in:
1. End User Computing, service management and identity and access management

2. Analysis of strategic and tactical technology solution options in multi-vendor environments

3. Facilitating development and documentation of technical solutions in complex organisations

What do you need to succeed?
- Experience working within Victorian government organisations
- Experience in organisationally and technically diverse environments
- A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred or off-set by additional years of relevant experience.
- BABOK understanding
- Be highly organised and consultative, combining high levels of analytical skills (in terms of information, data, processes, and frameworks) with astute people skills in order to engage technical and non-technical internal and external clients at all levels.

Desirable:

- CBAP Certification
- Business Process Modelling Certification
