Hospitality All Rounder

**About the Role**

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple areas of our venue, including gaming, bar, customer service, and general operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Deliver outstanding customer service across various departments, ensuring a positive and memorable guest experience.**:

- Support daily operations, including assisting in the bar, gaming, and general hotel areas.
- Maintain compliance with all workplace policies, including RSA and RCG regulations.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations across the venue.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A motivated, reliable, and flexible individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- **Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.**:

- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and adapt to different tasks.
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage but not essential.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. RSA, ARCG, TAB/KENO, AML/CTF) or willingness to obtain them.
