**In this role, you'll get to**
- Responsible for delivering the tone of voice for OnePass across key customer touchpoints.
- Manage the community management and brand responses across social media channels
- Work in partnership with customer support to bring to life the brand in servicing and supporting our customers in FAQ’s and support documents.
- Develop OnePass copy for owned channels and tactical campaigns
- Work with brand team to bringing to life the OnePass brand in line with guidelines
- Work with internal comms team to develop copy for key documents, presentations and artefacts aligned to brand.

**To shine on day one, what you need to have**:

- Desire to pro-actively collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional team
- Evidence and examples of successfully demonstrating tone of voice
- Demonstrated multi-channel copywriting skills
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
- Robust administration and organisational skills
- Strong technical skills, including experience with digital and social marketing tools, media, and channels
