Night Auditor

Peppers Moonah Links Resort is located on the picturesque Mornington Peninsula. It consists of two 18-hole championship golf courses, an a la carte restaurant and luxury accommodation.

We understand that our people are our greatest asset. We strive to retain, develop and reward passionate and success-orientated professionals at all levels. We are currently looking for a motivated and passionate Casual Night Auditor to join our team. This role involves overnights shifts.

Job responsibilities include:

- Ensure the smooth check in and check out of all guests.
- Accommodate the requests and needs of all guests, make recommendations, upsell rooms and related services.
- Proactively communicate any guest feedback to the Duty Manager to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Answer and direct incoming calls from inside and outside the hotel.
- Answer and process reservation enquiries if required.
- Maintain a current knowledge of all room rates and packages available.
- Dispatch requests to the appropriate department.
- Complete night audit reports accurately and thoroughly.
- Complete the audit process in a timely manner.
- Count and prepare floats for the relevant departments.
- Manage the overnight operation of the hotel.
- Monitor the safety and security of the hotel.

Pay: $33.00 - $48.00 per hour
