**The opportunity**:
We have a permanent full-time position available to join our diverse and collaborative team onsite at the Slade Pharmacy Mt Kuring-Gai site, located at 2 Woodland Way, Mount Kuring-gai, NSW 2080. This is an amazing opportunity to step up into a leadership role and develop your skills further.

Gain the chance to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment leading the pharmacy technician team, ensuring operational efficiency and service delivery whilst supporting, planning and motivating the team.

**In this role you’ll**:

- Ensure delivery of efficient pharmacy services through supervision and management of staff, including allocation of duties, managing rosters, and coordination of workload
- Develop and review procedures to improve service delivery
- Support inventory management systems to ensure appropriate operational and financial control
- Ensure efficient dispensing and billing systems and management of owing scripts
- Assist in collecting and reporting pharmacy KPI's
- Assist staff when required in the delivery of pharmacy services

- Relevant work experience as a Pharmacy Technician essential
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Hospital experience desired.
