**The opportunity**:
Join us on a 12 month full-time contract at our highly regarded site at Mount Kuring-Gai where you will be an integral part of our fast-paced team. You will be the first point of contact for our hospital colleagues and provide administrative support to our retail and hospital pharmacy management teams, patients and customers. You will also provide support to the patient accounts team.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Triage incoming calls through to the pharmacy switchboard and redirect them
- Maintain the order administration system, allocating orders to the appropriate team member and categorising them in terms of priority
- Generation of purchase orders
- Use of dispensing systems where required for accounts maintenance
- Assist with any ad-hoc pharmacy administration

**Who are we looking for?**
- A proactive, team-focussed individual with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment,
- Previous experience in reception and multi-faceted administration is preferable
- Excellent computer skills and confidence using Word and Excel programs within the Office 365 suite
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organisational skills,
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with healthcare professionals including pharmacists, and medical and nursing consultants in our customer clinics
