We are looking for a Call Centre Consultant Superstar to join a newly established Business Development Centre (BDC) Team within our Dealership.

Working well on your own and within a team, you are a proactive self-starter ready to exceed the expectations of our guests.

Carrying out various tasks, everyday will be different. You will work collaboratively with other departments and you will work closely with the BDC Team to keep our guests happy and let them experience amazing.

You will be joining a welcoming, enthusiastic and guest focused group of individuals who are excited about a like-minded person joining their team.

Delivering an exceptional guest experience through providing an efficient and seamless process for all guest interactions
Developing relationships with people from other areas of the business to drive positive outcomes for guests

**To be considered for this opportunity you will have**:

- A passion for interacting with guests
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- A high attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team
- Excellent at multi-tasking and prioritising
- An inquisitive nature and the ability to problem solve
- Respect for all guests, internal and external
- Energy and the ability to be “on show” all day
- Confidence in seeking action from other employees, and working with other departments
