**Melbourne-based position** - this is hybrid role with some opportunities to WFH. There will be requirements to work from the office and travel as part of this position.

**Your new role - what's involved?**

As an Associate Consultant, your role will be to support the delivery of assessment activity across each stage of the recruitment process. Key responsibilities you'll be involved in includes:

- Facilitating and presenting at public information sessions
- Facilitating, evaluating, assessing and reporting on participants for video interviews
- Facilitating, evaluating, assessing and reporting on participants for assessment centres
- Providing developmental feedback to participants

**About you**
- You might have an Organisational Design, HR, Recruitment or equivalent background; or you might be someone new to the industry with transferable skills in customer service and record keeping
- Open and collaborative approach to working with a range of stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to solve problems and feel comfortable operating in ambiguity
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
