**About the Role**

Client is looking for an experienced and self-motivated interaction designer to join the team. You will work within an agile, multidisciplinary team working closely with user researchers, solution architects, content designers and developers to continuously improve live products through interaction designs.

**Essential criteria**
- Demonstrable experience in interaction design for web-based products and services complemented by knowledge of visual design, usability, accessibility, and information architecture
- Ability to design for usability testing at varying levels of fidelity and demonstrated experience in using Figma or Sketch
- Experience working with user researchers and collaboratively incorporating user research and service design techniques into your work to drive design outcomes
- Experience working with developers and responding pragmatically to technical and business constraints
- Knowledge in accessibility and designing to WCAG AA standards
