Seeking VPS 4 Emerging Leaders to join a faced paced State Government body.

We are seeking emerging Team Leaders in the public sector. This respectful Victorian public organisation is searching for talent with high-level of client service and supervisory skills. This job is a 2 month-contract position with the possibility for extension.

**The role**:

- **Team Leader**:

- Full-time 2 month contract
- $56 per hour + Super
- 100% Office based
- CBD location, accessible by public transport and close to other facilities
- Easy to fill timesheet and on-time weekly payment
- Both Day and Afternoon shifts available
- Some weekend work required

**Duties and responsibilities**

flexhive by Hudson has long-term relationships with several government bodies. The position can change based on the organisation's purpose and structure to perform additional claims, administrative functions, and other duties as required.

We will ensure that you match our clients' minimum job requirements if you apply. The delegate VPS 4 will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

- Interpret legislation and service details and make determinations for entitlements
- Investigate claims, working with clients and stakeholders to supply evidence to inform decision making.
- Demonstrate high-level client service skills, including phone & written contact with internal/external stakeholders
- Provide training support and guidance to your team and be the escalation point
- Ensure all administrative compliance requirements, data entry and an efficient client engagement journey are met
- Oversee the handling of complex submissions, including complex cases, allegations and reports
- Oversee referral processes for SML's that allow for streamlined internal processing of submissions
- Ensure staff understand and adhere to relevant policies and legislation

**Your experience**
- Previous experience in a Supervisory role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are required
- Ability to meet daily key performance indicators
- High typing accuracy, data entry and attention to detail are necessary
- Ability to learn & work with multiple systems
- Highly organised and able to manage time well
