**About the role**:
As **Maintenance Officer** you will:

- Undertake day-to-day operations of the maintenance department in line with schedule of works;
- Undertake projects and building and maintenance works as directed;
- Ensure equipment and garden materials are utilised in a responsible and safe manner

**This is a casual role - 2 days per week plus holiday coverage.**

**About you**:
Critical to your success in this role will be a relevant trade qualification, previous experience in commercial maintenance and the proven ability to demonstrate a **_customer service focus_**.

In addition you will need to obtain and maintain a positive National Criminal History Check.
