Masterdata Team Leader

**Main Duties**:
Reporting to the Hearing Aids IT Director, this hands on role is to manage, create and maintain masterdata across the ASIAP region, working with the Hearing Care, Hearing Aid and Diagnostic business areas. This supports and enables data driven functions and decisions throughout the business including sales, marketing, operations, reporting, compliance, finance and management.

Additionally, the role will support business objectives through other adhoc activity as required, related to the skills and expertise of the team.

**Core functions include**:

- Manage and maintain product, vendor, customer masterdata and other related data.
- Manage and develop the masterdata function in the ASIAP region, enabling the business with the right data at the right time to support and drive dependent systems and functions.
- Project and coordination responsibility, ensuring masterdata is delivered and maintained to meet the needs of the business.
- Key anchor between the region and the Product Launch & Data Management (PLDM) team.
- Communicate and work with all business functions to help achieve local and global strategies.

**To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a masterdata operator role or similar.
- Demonstrated experience managing a team (desired).
- Experience in maintaining masterdata in Navision, AX or a similar ERP system.
- Solid understanding of concepts and processes of masterdata setup, maintenance and data quality.
- Ability to travel intrastate and interstate periodically as required.
- Experience in maintaining masterdata in Navision, AX or a similar ERP system.
- High attention to detail - the ability of maintain focus on the given task, and follow a written process across multiple stages.
- A structured approach to tasks.
- Strong abilities in engaging and communicating with different levels of stakeholders (both written and verbal).
- Have a valid Australian visa with full working rights.
