**About You**:
We are looking for an experienced & reliable cleaning professional to lead our team as the Head of Housekeeping at our TotalFusion Platinum Newstead facility

The successful applicant will be a mature, reliable self-starter with previous experience managing a team. Housekeeping at TotalFusion is of an extremely high standard, so an eye for detail and good time management are essential. Hours of work can vary between 5am and 10pm.

- Good communication skills
- Experience leading a team
- Passion to exceed members expectations
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in English
- Strong rostering and organisational skills
- Proven ability to work well under pressure
- Exceptional attention to detail

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Management of effective cleaning roster
- Lead, coordinate and inspire our team of cleaners
- Coordinating / managing laundry
- Follow all health and safety procedures/ regulations
- Maintaining exceptional standards of cleaning and presentation
- Lead from the front - cleaning and carrying out duties with your team
