I-MED Radiology, Australia's largest medical imaging provider, is looking for a **Doctor Administration Coordinator** to support our growing network of Radiologists across Queensland and the Northern Territory.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to bring your exceptional organisational skills to a high-impact healthcare role and contribute to a team that supports specialist clinicians delivering life-saving diagnostics every day.

**About the Role**

You will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence for our doctors by managing key administrative processes including doctor rostering, onboarding, hospital credentialing and coordinating doctor travel arrangements.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Managing travel planning and bookings for doctors.
- Supporting with the delivery of the doctor workflow plan. This plan ensures optimal resource allocation, clinical coverage, and alignment with operational goals.
- Providing administrative support for RIS (Radiology Imaging Solutions) integration with public hospitals.
- Maintaining Radiation Health Management records and Location Specific Practice Numbers (LSPNs)
- Ensuring personnel files are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant.
- Providing general administration support to Service Delivery and Regional Management teams.

- **Reporting to**: Regional Manager Service Delivery QLD/NT
- **Working with**: Doctors, Regional Managers, Clinical and Clerical Teams

**What You'll Bring to the Role**
- Experience in executive support or administration, ideally in healthcare or professional services.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage across multiple stakeholders.
- A keen eye for detail and comfort working with sensitive information.
- Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with rostering systems or medical workforce coordination (highly regarded)
