This role will see you responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care & support services that are person-centred, committed to achieving client’s individual goals. You will also be charged with new client acquisition through sector engagement and networking across QLD to support our business growth. **Description**:
You will be part of a dynamic working environment which will provide opportunity for ongoing training and support throughout your career. This is a client facing role that will see you on the road in and around North Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Ipswich.

**To succeed in the role: Must have but not limited to**:

- Have suitable and relevant qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Supported Independent Living (SIL) and a strong understanding of NDIS / ROC
- Experience with behavioural management plans, restrictive practices and behaviours of concerns / high medical needs, manual handling, and medications
- Demonstrated capacity to manage critical issues and deal with challenging situations
- A sound understanding of the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding framework
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written, including well-developed negotiation, conflict management and resolution.
- Hold an unrestricted driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Open to undergo pre-employment checks including current NDIS Worker Screening
- Relevant immunisation paperwork
- Time management and organisational skills & ability to manage competing priorities
