**We have a rare opportunity to join the Beaufort UFS Pharmacy Team on a permanent part time basis, working every Monday and Thursday (2 days) from 9am to 5.30pm.**

Additional hours may also be available to cover leave in Beaufort or if applicants are able to work in Ballarat, this can also be explored.

**About the Role**:
As a **Pharmacy Assistant**at **UFS Healthcare**, you will:

- Provide **excellent customer service**by addressing general inquiries
- **Process transactions**and sales efficiently
- **Monitor and restock inventory**to ensure shelves are well-maintained
- Maintain a **clean and organised**store environment
- **Support dispensary operations**by receiving prescriptions

Beaufort UFS Pharmacy is the sole Community Pharmacy operating in the picturesque town of Beaufort, located 40minutes from Ballarat. Our thriving pharmacy provides professional, caring and trusted advice, with exceptional service and a personalised approach to individual’s health needs

**What You’ll Need**:
We’re looking for someone who is:

- Known for your **excellent customer service skills**and ability to build relationships with customer and patients and seek to provide **health solutions**.
- Able to **prioritise tasks**and manage your own workload effectively.
- A strong **communicator**, both **verbally**and **in writing**.
- **Previous pharmacy experience**and completion of the **S2S3 Certification**is a strong advantage.
