The Role

Opteon is looking for an innovative Head of New Products & Partnerships to lead the growth of digital and data driven products as well as the expansion into lateral property markets and consumer advisory services. This strategic role will drive innovation, forge partnerships, and deliver new revenue streams, positioning Opteon as a market leader in diversified offerings.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to expand our product portfolio.
- Build partnerships with key stakeholders, including lenders, government agencies, and technology providers.
- Oversee the design, launch, and delivery of new products that drive revenue and client engagement.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless execution of new initiatives.

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product development, business strategy, or partnerships.
- Strong commercial acumen, leadership, and strategic thinking.
- Experience in property valuation/services, property related software/data, or consumer advisory services (preferred).
- A proven track record in launching products that meet market needs and drive growth.
