CDA Eastland Trade Supplies “CDAETS” are a market leader in the supply of construction and industrial products with 9 branches throughout NSW & QLD and an online store. As an associated entity of the Synergy Construction & Industrial Supply Group, we are part of a network of over 50 member stores and continue to grow. CDAETS Beresfield Branch currently has a vacancy for a Warehouse/Counter Salesperson to join our great team.

**Role**
We are looking for someone who thrives within a fast-paced and energetic team environment, delivering quality service to customers and staff.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Licensed operation of forklift (preferred)
- General warehousing duties include checking and unloading inwards goods.
- Picking and packing of customer orders
- Provision of customer service, including effectively actioning customer requests and inquiries
- Liaison with suppliers
- Raising sales documentation in a prompt, legible and accurate manner
- Accurate invoicing; generating required credit notes, and debt collection
- Promotion and sale of CDA's products
- Stock control and assisting with stock counts
- Assistance with additional tasks and Management requests as required
- Moderate level computer operation

**For this role, you will also need to have**:

- Current Drivers Licence
- Demonstrated experience as a Warehouse/Delivery Driver
- Experience in the Fastener, Industrial and Construction Supply Industry (desirable)
- Intermediate Computer Skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to deliver excellent, quality customer service.
- Conscientious and Prompt
- Desire to succeed and learn new things.
- Team player
- Ability to work autonomously.
