Systems Analyst 2

**What success looks like in this role**:

- The position will be a Subject Matter Expert on Software distribution & Patch Management and AVD management. Hands-on experience in software deployment & Patch rollout via systems Management tools like Config Mgr., Intune, etc. Troubleshoot infrastructure & client issues to ensure compliance on rollouts. Custom reporting capability is a must. Asses, Plan, and upgrade systems management tool to ensure its evergreen and new features are explored. _

**_Responsibilities and Accountabilities: _**
- _M365 workload in initial setup & breadth/depth mode for AVD _
- _Device provisioning & retirement setup _
- _App provisioning & app attachment for the provisioned users. _
- _Custom imaging ISO for AVD and period update methodology _
- _In-depth knowledge of personal / pooled mode along with capacity planning. _
- _Hands-on other systems management tools like SCCM / Intune would be an added advantage _
- _Good understanding of the W365 licensing model _
- _Hands-on Experience on Microsoft Intune preferred _
- _Handling co-management & Modern device management is an added advantage _
- _Execution of Enterprise support processes including Incident Management/ Problem Management /Change Management /Service Request Management /Asset & Configuration Management 6 to 8 years experience in engineering, building, and supporting a large heterogeneous multi-data center computing environment. _
- _In-depth work stream experience like Deployment, incident analysis, resolution, problem definition, analysis, and resolution of Deployment failures. _
- _Detailed Infrastructure knowledge including Server troubleshooting, design, and implementation experience on SCCM current branch / Legacy versions _
- _In-depth understanding of all SCCM concepts like SCCM Roles, Boundary configuration, site assignment, Client installations, etc. _
- _Awareness of recent technology changes of all System Center Products. _
- _Awareness of SCCM V-Next and Windows 10 Servicing. _
- _Demonstrated proficiency with Designing and Deploying Microsoft products in an Enterprise environment. _
- _SCCM Asset Reporting and Reporting Software Usage, Maintain Deployment Calendar and License Validation process. _
- _In-depth knowledge of Client OS (Windows 10/11) and Troubleshooting. _
- _Responsible for escalation management, communications, and management of production system problems. _
- _Knowledge on other deployment tools like Altiris, and LANDesk (Ivanti) will be an advantage. _
- _Windows & Mobile device management via Intune _
- _Conditional access policies & Autopilot persona management skills _

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:
**_Necessary skills: _**
- **_NV1 Security Clearance is required. _**:

- _Strong understanding of ITIL, specific to Change & Release management _
- _Experience in managing large-scale transition projects _
- _Ability and willingness to take direction from team Lead, SDM, and Client Executives _
- _Ability to work in a team environment _
- _Able to adapt to a changing technical environment _
- _Ability to coach other members of the team in their area of expertise _
- _Ability to communicate clearly with all team members and end-users _
- _Ability to work with a sense of urgency _
- _Customer-facing presentation and consulting skills _
- _Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell _

**_Certifications: _**
- _ITIL Foundation (optional), _
- _Certification in Configuration Manager & Intune (Optional in case of Good knowledge) _
- _AVD certification _
