**As a RUOMKY Bakery staff member you will be responsible for**:

- Kneading and rolling pizza dough balls
- Preparing pizza bases
- Preparing and baking bread buns
- Mixing ingredients, portioning and baking cakes
- Packing items for distribution as required
- Ensuring a clean and safe workplace at all times
- Overcoming any production issues that may arise
- Have experience working in a bakery or food production facility (preferred)
- Be willing and able to undertake physically demanding duties at a fast pace
- Be independent and self-motivated to get the job done but also be a helpful team member
- Remain calm and get the job done in a timely manner
- Be well presented and punctual
- Be available to work a variety of shifts starting from 5am
- Flexibility with start and finish times to suit business demands is an absolute must

Experience in similar positions and working environments is highly advantageous.

A NSW Drivers License and own transport is advantageous due to the early shift start times and limited public transport available at these times.
