We're looking for a fun and energetic Café All Rounder to join our Stoneground Bakery team.

Full time position available with fixed shifts and no evening shifts

The Job

  • Always give excellent customer service & exceed guest expectations
  • Ensure the Stoneground's standard is maintained in food service & preparing coffee
  • Serve customers efficiently
  • Give advice, guidance & recommendations on products to our guests
  • Assist in preparation of display counters before, during & at the end of service.
  • Managing queues & meeting customer expectations
  • Keep areas tidy & clean
  • Work as part of a team and provide backup to other team members

  • Friendly demeanor always even under pressure
  • Great memory (remembering the names and orders of our regulars is imperative)

  • Need to be willing to learn, take instruction and work under own initiative, supporting other team members and able to multitask.
  • Love coffee, bread and food
  • Keen eye for detail & cleanliness
