**Your new role**

You will primary need to ensure that the Building maintenance services within the municipality in looked after in a timely manner and with a strong sense of details in accordance with work plan and specified standards.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Ensure that Building Maintenance activities are in accordance with the requirements of relevant specifications, work plans and within allocated budgets.
- Assist with the allocation and completion of customer requests received through Council’s Customer Request System.
- Assist in preparation of contract documentation and specifications for associated maintenance work.
- Assist the Senior Building Maintenance Officer by reporting maintenance requirements including undertaking of annual building condition inspections.
- Respond to internal and external stakeholders promptly and with a high level of customer service
