Blanco Building is seeking a motivated and experienced **Construction Site Supervisor** to join our team based in **Brisbane.** This is a hands-on supervisory role requiring someone who can lead by example and is willing to travel outside of Brisbane for project work.

You will be responsible for supervising all on-site construction activity, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard—while maintaining strict compliance with safety and regulatory requirements

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site labour
- Ensure works are completed to quality standards, timelines, and budget
- Implement and maintain health and safety compliance on site
- Manage day-to-day site logistics, including materials and equipment
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to on-site staff
- Reviews and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Works collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals
- Leads regular site meetings to report on project progress, address concerns, and resolve any emerging issues or conflicts.

**About You**
- Previous experience as a **Site Supervisor** or similar role
- Strong understanding of **construction regulations, codes, and practices**
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Willingness to **travel** for work outside of Brisbane.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
