**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general handyman works including floor and wall tiling maintenance, window and door repairs, and general building repairs.
- Conduct gardening works such as mowing, tree trimming, and garden maintenance.
- Perform waterproofing, plastering, and painting as required.
- Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience as a general building handyman/gardener.
- Valid driver’s license and trade vehicle.
- Willingness to be flexible and take on different roles and challenges as required.
- ABN and own tools.
- Reliable, punctual, honest, and well presented.
