Diamond C&M Pty Ltd is expanding and on the lookout for skilled **multi-trade professionals** to join our Adelaide-based team full-time. Whether you're a **Handyman, Carpenter, Plasterer, Painter, or Floor Layer**, if you take pride in your work and are passionate about delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services, we want to hear from you.

**About the Role**

You'll be working across residential and commercial properties in Adelaide and surrounding suburbs, performing a range of maintenance and repair tasks. This is your chance to be part of a supportive, fast-growing company where quality work and customer satisfaction are top priorities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Carry out general maintenance duties, including carpentry, plastering, painting, flooring, and general repairs.
- Respond to service requests promptly and professionally.
- Accurately record completed work and materials used.
- Ensure exceptional customer service on every job.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver efficient and high-standard outcomes.

**What We’re Looking For**
- At least 2 years of experience in one or more of the following trades: Handyman, Carpentry, Painting, Plastering, or Flooring.
- Broad skillset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Solid knowledge of tools, equipment, and building materials.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A valid Australian driver’s licence.
- Trade qualifications or licences (preferred but not essential).
- A White Card (Construction Induction Card).
- Your own set of basic tools.
