Soonta is looking for a passionate and responsible **Full-Time Store Manager** to join our team. If you have excellent customer service experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for providing fast and high-quality dining experiences, we would love to have you on board

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years of management experience in the fast food or retail industry
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Good time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and financial management
- Flexibility to work early shifts, late shifts, and weekends

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the daily operations of the fast food restaurant, ensuring high service quality and a clean environment
- Lead and train staff to improve team efficiency and customer service
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage restaurant inventory and ensure that food supplies are sufficient
- Oversee staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations
- Participate in setting and executing store sales goals and promotional activities

Pay: $48,819.50 - $80,965.59 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Safety Supervisors Certificate (preferred)
