About the role

This active role is ideally suitable for an experienced Store Manager/ 2IC with a passion for fair leadership, team development and customer service. You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of our concessions located in Adelaide.

  • Recruit, train, and lead a positive and dynamic team.
  • Maintain outstanding merchandising disciplines.
  • Manage stock levels and rotations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.

Skills and experience

  • Previous experience as a Store Manager/ 2IC in the Retail or hospitality industry.
  • Competent understanding in all areas of the day-day running of a retail business.
  • Strong negotiating, problem solving and conflict management skills.
  • Strong delegation and lead by example skills.
  • Sound knowledge of OH & S regulations.
