We are currently looking for a Property Manager to join our team, whether it be your first time within the industry or you have a wealth of experience, we want you This is your chance to join a fun and successful environment, with a team who pride themselves on their family culture, exceptional service to clients and a glowing reputation.

The successful applicant will be first and foremost a team player, demonstrate positivity, enthusiasm and a high level of commitment to perform all duties in accordance with the current Property Management procedures. As the first point of contact for landlords and tenants, this position requires someone with excellent communication skills, is solution focussed and has a "can do" attitude.

**_The responsibilities include but are not limited to;_**
- Main point of contact for a portfolio of properties and clients
- Supervising repairs and maintenance
- Managing rental arrears
- Lease renewals and rent reviews
- Tenancy selection and onboarding
- Conducting ingoing/outgoing inspections
- Liaising with existing landlord and tenants and providing exceptional customer service experience
- Routine inspections

**_Knowledge & Experience Required_**
- A proven ability to build strong client relationships and maintain an excellent customer focus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to communicate at all levels
- Intermediate or advanced computer skills including MS word, Outlook, Excel and Google Docs
- Current drivers license

**_Qualifications Preferred_**
- Property Management License
