As People and Culture Business Partner, you will provide consulting advice and guidance to the business on a broad range of people related issues. This role will be instrumental in enabling the P&C division to drive a leader led growth culture across the business, that ensures a comprehensive end to end employee experience.
This role will work closely with key internal stakeholders, and other divisional teams to drive operational excellence to deliver efficient and effective services to the business.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Take a coaching leader led approach to facilitate effective, consistent, empowering employee experience- Partner with business leaders across all areas of P&C including workforce planning, performance management, remuneration and reward, talent development and succession planning, engagement and retention, employee wellbeing and employment relations matters- Provide P&C advice on the interpretation of policies and procedures, employment legislation and agreements- Provide guidance and input on divisional and/or business unit restructures including managing change processes and providing data informed risk analysis

Due to the nature of our agile business, we are looking for you to have experience within a similar role and environment. You are well versed and confident in performance management issues and conducting business unit restructures.
You consider yourself as someone who possesses strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to form trusted relationships with leaders and employees across the business to influence and drive strategic initiatives and streamlined HR and people solutions.
You will be passionate about actively promoting cultural change and driving and supporting new ways of working with a continuous improvement mindset to provide a high quality, professional and cohesive People & Culture service.
Furthermore we’re looking for:
- Relevant degree qualification in HR Management (or a related discipline) and equivalent- Demonstrated experience delivering commercially astute, innovative and streamlined people solutions- Knowledge of Australian legislative frameworks including Fair Work Act and other relevant state and federal legislation- Understanding of and commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace- Capacity and willingness to work in an agile and flexible way including a general approach of remote working
