We are an Integrated General Practice looking for a mature minded experienced Casual Medical Receptionist for approximately 15 hours per week with the ability to work varying days, hours and shifts, Monday to Saturday.

**Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
Greeting patients, answering telephone calls, patient triage and booking patient appointments

Patient billing and payment collection

Managing confidential patient records

Liaising with medical professionals, pharmacists, and other suppliers to the clinic

General administrative duties

Instrument cleaning / autoclaving

Clinic cleaning

Adhere to Practice Protocols, Policies and Procedures

**Key Criteria for this position include**:
Professional telephone manner

Exceptional customer service, data entry and communication skills

Ability to work as part of a team and individually

Proficient computer skills

Able to work under pressure with a high attention to detail

Proven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

The successful applicant must be reliable, possess a strong work ethic and be flexible with hours of work.

Must have had a minimum of two Covid-19 vaccinations.

**Salary**: From $28.33 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- STAFFORD Q, LD 4053: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Reception/Administration: 1 year (required)
