**Responsibilities**:
As an experienced landscaper, you'll be involved in a wide range of projects throughout Sydney, working alongside our skilled team to construct soft and hard landscapes on building sites and residential properties. Your responsibilities will include installing soils, planting, mulching, turfing, edging, and constructing retaining walls, decks, and more.

Saturday work is available if you'd like to earn even more.

**Requirements**:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- A minimum of 4 years of experience in landscape construction.
- The ability to follow procedures, work with mínimal supervision, and execute instructions efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Able to commute to our base at Padstow.
- Possession of a White Card and a valid driver's license.
- A positive attitude, honesty, and a strong work ethic.

**Experience**:

- Landscaping: minimum 4 years

**Salary**: $78,900.00 - $94,900.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Landscape technician: 4 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
