**We're Looking for Experience**:

- 5+ years of landscaping industry experience
- Cert III in Landscape Trade or equivalent
- Track record of running projects over $1M projects
- In-depth knowledge of landscape construction and equipment
- Leadership skills that inspire and communicate vision
- Valid driver's license
- Must be a permanent Australian Resident

**The Role**:

- Spearhead projects of all sizes, up to $2M, turning plans into reality
- Collaborate with our construction management team
- Build relationships with high-profile clients
- Lead from the front - inspire, train and lead our team
- Uphold our gold-standard quality and safety
