About the role

Welsford Smithers Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Landscaper to join our team in Pymble, NSW. This full-time position is responsible for the installation of local residential landscapes.

What you'll be doing

  • Working closely with the project manager to achieve our clients' vision of the new landscaped gardens
  • Reading and understanding of site plans and specifications for landscaping projects
  • Installing landscaping features such as retaining walls, fencing, lawns, garden beds, paving, etc.
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within project timelines
  • Collaborating with clients, contractors and team members to deliver successful projects
  • Adhering to relevant safety standards and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

  • Qualifications in landscape construction
  • Demonstrated experience as a Landscaper or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of landscape design principles, plant selection and growing conditions
  • Excellent practical skills in landscape installation
  • Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and drawings
  • Customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
  • Driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
