**Your new role**

As the VPS4 Education and Engagement Officer you will be assisting with planning and executing engagement plans to various stakeholders and public facing communities. You’ll liaise closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver information and provide advice on communications materials that are delivered to customers and communities across Victoria. You’ll be planning and organising community engagement events and projects as well as prioritising and maintaining project budgets.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills:

- Demonstrated experience with community engagement
- Ability to engage with multi-level stakeholders (internal and external)
- Project management and logistics
- High level written and verbal communications
- Proven ability to organise, manage and deliver projects on strict timelines
- Prior experience in government or health is highly regarded
