**Your role**
- Are you a master of F2B controls? Do you thrive in a busy team environment? We're looking for someone like that to:

- Be responsible for a suite of controls, facilitating support aimed at capturing all risk events within the shortest time possible
- Ensure T0 trade data integrity (completeness, accuracy and timeliness)
- Facilitate the production and sign-off of accurate T0 Risk Reports and T+1 reconciliations
- Become the face off to the Institutional Equities Trading desks and respective business managers and provide time critical on-shore support
- Communicating with clients/external brokers to ensure trades are captured accurately and resolve trade economics discrepancies
- Engage with the business and local support functions on new business and change initiatives, to improve cost and operational efficiency
- Have a keen interest and demonstrated experience in driving process improvement and automation

**Your team**
- UBS Operations provides the infrastructure and capability for the Bank to execute its business, ensuring we deliver a premium service to our clients, improving productivity without comprising our reputation, regulatory requirements or internal control framework. The Client Support team sits within the Securities Middle Office and provides support to our Institutional Equities trading desk and Corporate Client deal teams.

**Your expertise**
- Tertiary qualified (preferred)
- Previous trade support/middle office experience in investment banking or with a buy-side firm
- A general knowledge of middle and back office operations, including bookings, confirmations, reconciliations, settlements and corporate actions
- An ability and willingness to take ownership for, and find a resolution to break downs in booking models and IT flows
- An understanding of the regulatory and compliance landscape in Australia
- Strong product knowledge including rollout and integration, accompanied with a strong process improvement mentality
- A proven risk assessment and management skill set, fostering a zero tolerance policy for poor integrity and risk taking *#LI-TC1
