This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive and purpose-driven aged care provider to oversee our internal and external communications. This position can be based in either Victoria, NSW or Tasmania.

We are seeking an experienced Media and Communications Manager who will oversee all internal and external communications for Respect, ensuring its message is consistent, engaging and aligned with Respect's brand and strategic objectives.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Preparing and presenting high-quality content to different audiences, using different forms of media.
- Successfully designing, managing and executing publications and communications strategies.
- Management and growth of social media accounts.
- Business and individual brand management.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications and extensive experience in communications, journalism, public relations or relevant field.
- Demonstrated experience in engagement with the Australian media.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain networks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
