- 21 hours per week – initially for 6 month temporary assignment - Newly created role in a collaborative, growing projects team - Blend of Project admin support + technical document control We’re seeking a highly organised professional to provide project administrative support and manage document control for a busy projects team in the industrial sector. Perfect for someone who enjoys balancing project admin with technical documentation responsibilities. What you’ll do - Provide day-to-day project and team support, reports, presentations, scheduling, travel, expenses & procurement administration. - Manage project document libraries, including drawings, RFIs, variations & engineering records. - Maintain version control and ensure teams work with the latest approved documentation. - Assist with tender setup and workflows in project systems - Keep stakeholders connected with up-to-date contact lists and communication protocols. What you’ll bring - Strong background in administration and project support. - Demonstrated experience in document control within project management. - Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and exposure to project/document and tendering systems. - Excellent organisation, accuracy, and the ability to juggle priorities. - A proactive, flexible approach – comfortable working in a collaborative, newly established team Why join? - Part-time flexibility – 3 full days or 4 shorter days. - Collaborative and supportive team environment. - Opportunity to extend as projects ramp up.
