We are based in Meadowbrook where we manufacture Pharmaceutical products.

Full time positions are currently available within the company for an experiences Logistics and Supply Chain Manager.

The responsibilities of the role are:

- Assess current logistics operations and set strategic goals aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment and address challenges.
- Manage relationships for reliable and cost-effective sourcing and transportation.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain quality standards.
- Develop SOPs and lead continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency.
- Manage budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and leverage technology for innovation.
- Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and engagement within the team.

Qualifications required are:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and quality management systems related to pharmaceutical logistics and supply chain operations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, WMS, TMS) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.

Annual income for standard 38 hour week excluding superannuation Range ($75,000-85,000) per annum commensurate with industry rates, skills and experience.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
