**The Role**:
The Installation and Service Technician is responsible for execution of direct works which are carried out onsite and internally with installation and service team. The Installation & Service Tech is responsible for the installation and service undertaken whilst ensuring works carried out is of a high standard and in accordance with relevant building regulations and OH&S requirements

**Responsibilities**

1. Coordinate and Pick up service Requests from the office

2. Attend to Service calls on the Field

3. Visit Customer premises or Building Site location to service the request.

4. Ensure that Service vehicle has all the required accessories and fitments to attend to the call

5. Coordinate with Service Coordinator for all service calls and resolutions

6. Ensure all service works are carried out in a safe and healthy manner

7. Report any losses or returns to the Service Coordinators

8. Conduct installation and service Audits if and when needed

Salary range will be as per Industry with Annual review process in November each year.

**Salary**: $29.00 per hour

- Dry Creek, SA 5094: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Site Service: 3 years (preferred)
- Cabinet installation: 3 years (preferred)
- Metal fabrication: 3 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
