The best known and most architecturally enriched streets in Williamstown are along the seafront, Nelson Place. Nelson place is a lively commercial centre with shops, hotels, and restaurants, as well as some magnificent public buildings. An iconic building has recently undergone a complete refurbishment and is elated to be open to the public once again this year. At TimeBall, we are honored to be located in the same vicinity as the iconic Timeball tower in Williamstown Victoria. Our menu features only the freshest and highest quality ingredients, sourced from local farmers and suppliers whenever possible. Our menu is constantly evolving to reflect the changing seasons and our commitment to quality.

Timeball will reinvigorate the Nelson place strip.

**About you**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- True passion for the hospitality industry
- Have great customer service
- Hands on approach in your work ethic
- Manage the open and closing procedures
- Experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a vibrant, high-volume venue
- Knowledge in cocktails and beverage production
- Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
- Ability to take initiative and work well in a team environment
- True passion for the hospitality industry
- Punctual, efficient, organised and trustworthy great time management skills

and high attention to detail
- Adaptable and able to multi-task
- Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
