Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
- 3+ years of experience in mixology or cocktail preparation.
- 5+ years of industry experience.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of leadership experience.
- 7+ years of food service experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Experience working in large team settings.
- Experience in all areas of restaurant and event service, including bartending, serving, and porting.
- Experience preparing handcrafted cocktails in a resort/hotel environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work with hands continuously, including chopping, stirring, scraping, and scrubbing.
- Ability to carry heavy items unassisted (up to 25 lbs.).
- Ability to perform frequent bending, stooping, and lifting of objects.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time - up to 10 hours a day.
- Must be available to work all shifts and overtime as needed.
- Must participate in internal leadership and development training.
