Cocktail Bartender

Located in the heart of Williamstown, **Rose of Australia** is a newly revamped **pub, bistro, and cocktail bar**, offering a unique blend of **classic Australian hospitality with an Indo-Italian fusion menu**. With a lively atmosphere, a stunning beer garden, and a function room for special events, we are set to become a local favorite.

We're looking for a **passionate and skilled Cocktail Bar Attendant** to join our team and create exceptional drink experiences for our guests.

**Your Responsibilities**:
Prepare and serve a variety of **cocktails, spirits, and beverages** with precision and flair. Provide **excellent customer service** while engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Maintain a **vibrant and welcoming bar atmosphere**. Handle **cash and card transactions efficiently**

**What We’re Looking For**:
Experience in **cocktail making and bartending** (5+ year preferred). Strong knowledge of **classic and modern cocktails, spirits, and garnishing techniques.** Ability to **work in a fast-paced environment** and handle high-volume service. A friendly, positive attitude and **great communication skills**. Flexibility to work **weekends, evenings, and public holidays**

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
