**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Supporting participants with daily living tasks, personal care, and routines
- Assisting with appointments, community access, and social activities
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and skills development
- Building strong, respectful relationships with clients and families
- Completing clear, timely shift notes and reporting as required

**Minimum Requirements**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to apply)
- First Aid & CPR
- NSW Working With Children Check (if working with young people)
- Driver’s licence & access to reliable transport
- COVID-19 vaccination (as per government guidance)
- Relevant experience or Certificate III in Individual Support (preferred but not essential)

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual, Temp to perm, Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $48.98 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 56 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
