**Your New Role: Area Lead**

**Employment Term: Full Time - Ongoing**

**Salary: $115,000 - $132,000 i**
**ncludes Annual Leave Loading and Superannuation**

**Location: You can be based out of either our Albury, Macarthur or SWS hubs**
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Leadership Team in a role which is pivotal to our growth and continued success.

As the Area Lead for the Albury, Macarthur and South Western Sydney region you will use your business development skills and natural leadership skills to support teams in this region to achieve their operational targets including growth, retention, financial and clinical impacts. You will support your region to deliver therapy services under a social model of disability, breaking barriers down barriers to reveal their abilities.

Reporting to the State Lead, and working collaboratively with Team Leaders, you will have operational experience, highly developed people management skills along with business development knowledge and a track record of growing and developing an area while creating a culture of high performance.

Reporting to you are team leaders who are adaptable, solution orientated, outcome driven and invested in making a difference in people’s lives and they are waiting to meet you.

**As the Area Lead you will**:

- Contribute to the development of annual business plans for the area
- Deliver operational targets for the area including growth, retention, financial and clinical impacts
- Identify opportunities to increase market share and revenue in a highly competitive market
- Support Team Leaders to understand performance dashboards, implement actions to address gaps and meet reporting requirements
- Build relationships with external stakeholders to promote Everyday Independence and grow our services in your region

**Our Area Leaders are**
- Be AHPRA registered as either an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist or SPA registered as a Speech Pathologist.
- Highly developed people leaders with the ability to see the big picture; preferably with experience in the disability sector

- Passionate about the rights for people with a disability to have access to high quality, evidence based, person centred supports.
