UGL’s Shared Services division provides finance administration support across the whole business giving you exposure to a varied and interesting scope of work.

We are looking for an **Accounts Administrator**to join our Share Services West team based in our Perth CBD office. This is a casual part-time position working any 3 days per week and once established in the role there is the option for flexible/hybrid work arrangements.

Duties include;
- Raise Purchase Requisitions
- Goods receipting for designated projects
- Match invoices in Vendor Management System
- Process expenses and employee re-imbursements
- Assist in other areas of administration and finance where required
- Develop and maintain a good relationship with logistics, admin/finance team and vendors

**About you**:

- Accounts Payable experience
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills
- High attention to detail
- You’re a self-starter who can work independently
- High attention to detail
- You’re a team player who likes to have a laugh
- Please note that screening checks will be conducted as part of the recruitment process. This will include a national criminal history check and for you to undergo pre-employment medical assessment including drug and alcohol screen._
