- Sound understanding of OH&S practices within a warehouse environment.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Experience managing a fast-paced work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate teams, drive change, and deliver results.
- Outstanding people skills, including a genuine interest in developing people.
- Ability to provide effective leadership with a sense of purpose.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office suite skills.
- Demonstrated ability at interrogating data and reports for effective decision making.
