**About Plumber’s Choice**:
Established in 1996, Plumbers Choice is a rapidly expanding supplier of plumbing goods to Plumbers across all of Australia. Our goal is to change the way plumbing goods are sold in Australia, to a Trade Only industry. We have a Trade Only policy to protect Plumbers, as we believe that only Plumbers should be able to buy plumbing materials. Plumbers Choice has a solid growth plan in place to see our staff numbers double as we continue to build new distribution centres in order to satisfy our growing customer portfolio.

**The role**:
Based in Smithfield and reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the supervision and training of employees engaged in the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods, whilst undertaking general warehouse duties.

This is a full time position, 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
- Your duties will include:_
- Receive, check and unpack deliveries
- Pick and pack orders
- Despatch orders and generate despatch documents
- Unload and load vehicles
- Use materials handling equipment such as pallet jacks and walkie stackers to move goods
- Identify faulty products to the Operations Manager / Purchasing Officer
- Assemble stock items
- Stock management and generating dispatch documents
- Liaise with transport companies regarding late freight
- Returns
- Stocktake
- Ensure warehouse and stock storage areas are clean, tidy and safe
- Undertake product training sessions
- Assist the Operations Manager to supervise and train employees
- Assist the Operations Manager with team scheduling and rosters
- Ensure warehouse staff meet designated picking targets and accuracy
- Participate in the planning and layout format of stock storage areas
- Assist to develop efficiencies in receipt, storage and dispatch of goods
- Uphold OH&S policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
- Other duties as required

- Warehouse leadership experience is essential
- Proven warehouse experience
- Demonstrated experience in motivating teams to meet targets
- You demonstrate great self awareness
- You can build trust and communicate in a clear and targeted way
- You are reliable and enjoy taking on new responsibilities
- You are highly organised with a flexible and proactive mindset
- Competent using computers
- Current driver's licence is essential
