**What You'll Do**

We currently have a part-time permanent opportunity for a motivated and highly organised **Warehouse Storeperson** **to join our Energy team. You will be responsible for the overall successful daily operation of the warehouse for the Energy business and provide support project delivery and maintenance.

This role is based from our Smithfield EV Lab warehouse. This is a part-time opportunity to work 3 days per week, Monday to Friday, with consistent flexible hours available as required and agreed for the role.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Provide administration support in operations and other meetings
- Advise on urgent issues requiring attention
- Maintain register of inventory for tracking and management
- Coordination and supervision of 3rd parties accessing the NRMA warehouse.
- Administration of EV site keys
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the office space
- Develop, maintain, and provide reporting on stock movements and condition
- Receives, handles and despatches goods
- Research and meet with suppliers
- Place requisitions and receipt orders
- Monitor and control the flow of goods into and out of store
- Use a forklift to assist in loading and unloading trucks and moving goods around the store/workshop area
- Maintain cleanliness & organisation of the Store
- Keep records of delivered and dispatched goods
- Track record of responsibility when handling company assets
- Maintain effective HSE controls within the warehouse and office space
- Effective oral and written communication skills, including strong interpersonal, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Build effective relationships with customers, stakeholders, external partners, suppliers and NRMA teams.

**What You'll Bring**
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Support team members on a variety of tasks
- Administrative experience in general office duties
- Medium to Advanced skills in Microsoft office (word, excel, Outlook) and internet
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work with a high volume of data with high attention to detail
- Proven ability to maintain good working relationships with contracted service providers
- Proven time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure of multiple deliverables within tight deadlines
- Professional attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of Work Health & Safety (WH&S) laws and legislation
- Ability to lift items within WorkSafe guidelines.

**Special Requirements**
- Driver’s License
- Forklift License (current license or willing to obtain license)
