In the lead up to the Spring/Summer period, we're on the hunt for multiple experienced all-rounders to join the team on a part time basis.
- Must have previous experience in high volume restaurants, cafes and bars
- Passionate about service, genuine curiosity for people and be warm + welcoming
- Passionate about food, beverage and hospitality
- Empathic towards understanding colleagues and customers, a supportive team player
- Someone who thrives on fast paced bar and floor service
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Hold a current RSA
- Have the right to work in Australia
- Experience essential but training will be provided
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, public holidays
- Bonus points if you can shake a good cocktail

About the role/responsibilities:

- Provide warm hospitality
- Maintain high levels of service and cleanliness at all times
- Must be able to run a section, three plate carry, have excellent beverage knowledge and the ability to engage with guests
- Opening and closing the venue when required
