**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Provide technical end-user support to all SCHHS employees, contractors, students and volunteers on the use of the LMS - including system access, user registration, reporting, practice improvement and troubleshooting. Produce training documents and process aids to assist users.
- Manage and evaluate LMS system upgrades; including testing, validation activities (UAT), updates and development of system documentation. Analyse system downtime/outages and system performance.
- Perform quality assurance checks on the LMS content to monitor system functionality, resolve problems with course design and front-end configuration proactively plan for data storage and performance.
- Manage and address system issues from identification through to resolution - negotiating prompt resolution by external vendors, ensuring problem ownership - promoting end-user satisfaction.
